Remember loading my car with ice, flash lights, batteries and food to take to my parents. On the way I saw a young girl hitch hiking so I stopped to pick her up. Then her male friend who had been hiding jumped in the back seat and she in the front seat. The guy had this huge knot on his head. I have never been so frightened in my life, so I stopped at a gas station and we all got out, as soon as they got in the store I jumped back in my car and sped off almost having a wreck to get out of there and back to my little locked VW.
ReplyDeleteI bet you never picked up another hitch hiker again in your life, did you? I would have been terrified also. I probably would have done the same thing.
